the times i have for an R33 definitely arent as fast as those you claim. I have 0-60 in the medium-high fives, but i dont have a quarter mile time.

hey crazyzayjay i think your friend (the one with a evo 5) owns a replica my neighbour has a evo 3 and has done 146 thousand km an still has the same gearbox an same cluth(twin plate which came standered) he is currently runing 12 psi (thanx to a boost controler) and sometimes runs 18psi. this guys drives his car hard an yet the gear box is still runnin beautiful and so is the clutch. if your friends cars is just a standered lancer then your problem is already solved. the normal lancers gearbox is not made for hard driving(by that i mean it wasent made for sports cars an so on) it would fall victom to the power. now i can understand a wrx killin gearboxes that quik but not an evo.

send me some specs an a pic if u could(that is if it aint sold yet)

Its a standard evo 5 as far as i remember. i dont know what you mean by standard, non-sport gearbox... the evo 5 is a sportscar going on supercar performance, certainly acceleration, its gearbox should withstand a lot of abuse... his car certainly isnt a replica, and it munched through those gearboxes like you claim wrx's do... just one account though...

i will take a Delta Integrale EVO please. There is a yellow one that goes past my school every day on its way home. Everything about it is just a huge prescence.

As for that Lancer crayzayjay, are you sure its not the Norris Designs EVO 6? That thing eats diff's for breakfast. At Ten Of The Best it broke two diffs, but then again it is a 586bhp 11 second car (drag times arent its main purpose either).

Lancia Delta HF Intergale without any question (Since I can get cheap servicing and repairs) although the horsepower (anywhere from 185-215 depending on model) is down compared to the Cosworth, Evo and R32, it makes up for that in 1. Cornering ability, 2. Weight.

It always suprises me how people think a sprint to 400 meters decides how good of a performance car a car is. For example last track day an 11-second Camaro Z28 showed up, he out accelerated the Ferraris and Elises on the straight, but they managed to slip past him on the corners
