a little update for you guys
here's some eye candy, my finished stock F40 wheel what I did: waxed the outer rim, removed 25 rivets from a photoetch plate and sanded off the remaining sprue, used a template to glue each rivet by hand, cleaned up the white metal center, painted it silver, glued it to the rim, attached a watchmaker screw to simulate a tire valve and painted the tip black to simulate a rubber cap, then attached a balancing weight |

sry i never saw a 1/8 scale but i gotta question can u go in the 1/8 scale car or it will break???

WOW that car is Great... yeah I agree with you being insane... But I would buy one in a heartbeat... if I had the $$ keep us posted though.. I want to see how this baby turns out

I have just one small gripe...
Being an ex-Kwik-Fit fitter I would of thought that with a car such as this that the wheels would be statically balanced, which means that the wheel weights would be stuck on the INSIDE of the wheel, so no unsightly weights to spoil the smooth lines!!

its been a while since ive updated you guys. due to the fact that I've been waiting 4 months for a guy to get an unbuilt Pocher F40 to me. ridiculous, yes?

I take it the holes in the lights are for globes? if not, you should put some working LEDs in them!
I was thinking about this project the other day, but I haddn't realised you didn't have the base kit yet... And I must say those lights look amazing!
