Re: 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8 2-door -long WIP-

Amazing, can you explain how you made the resin copy? I mean the mold, how many holes were used to fill with resin. Also how was the mold made, a tutorial would be awesome, i want to make a some resin copies of a corrado. The only thing is i don't want to mess it up since its oop.

The body came out great, just a few air bubbles. Keep us posted.

Hi,

as I wrote in posting #26: I let it cast

I never did casting at all and I think it is a bad idea to start with a body as a first casting project.

I am confused, did you cast these for sale? Is that one painted your original one?

Either way I love this mod it looks fantastic.

Hi Jon,

I converted the model in a 2-door car. Then I wanted this in resin, www. automobilminiaturen.de did this for me.

And: the body and inner door panels are available now in their shop for everybody, who is interested.

So, the golden car is a car from a modeling mate

Well that is great, you made the original and others are using it. Cannot be disappointed in that?! I kind of wondered this as I actually recall seeing one of these somewhere else. It might have been for sale as well?!

Great Job!

Hi,

well, I could be disappointed, but why?

I agreed that the transkit can be sold, no problem so far for me. Why should every interested modeler make the same job when you can get the 3 parts as a transkit?

THIS kit you havenīt seen before, thatīs sure ;-))

Great job Micha: I'll pick one for me: but in classic tones... bright red with white stripes... gun metal rims . Just great.
