I guess so.. but he has a little bit of fat. I do though have a friend though who weighs 105 or so and he is pure muscle.. he has 0% body fat.

I love salad, it's the main thing i eat. I actually lost 30lbs within a month cuz i got sick and wouldn't eat. from there on out i just kept eating healthy and still do to this day.

5'8'' 200ish will be 180ish once summer rolls around again..... and salad is awesome.... thats all I ate last summer..... McDonalds Bacon Ranch Salad is where it's at....

I would eat salad but I just love meat.. and somehow the meat ends up between 2 buns and for some other damned reason it comes wrapped around a package that either says McDonalds or Jack In the Box on it.
