1988 Olds Ctlass Cruiser won't start

I have a 1988 Olds Cutlass Cruiser with a 3.8 liter engine. I am getting gas to the fuel rail, but not to the cylinders (it is getting fire). Can't seem to figure out what I need to do to get it fixed, any suggestions??

Will it start spraying carb cleaner or starting fluid into the intake, does it have injector pulse?

A set of cheap noid lites will do the trick disconnect one injector, plug in the test lite and crank the engine the noid lite should flash if the injector would pulse, make sure you have 12v at the connector first. I assume you have checked the fuses.

Look at fuel pump pressure when cranking.

Jump a and b terminals on the diagnostic link under the dash, do a site search for obd 1 access.
