Audi R8C LM'99

Hi everybody

This is my latest finished project, the Audi R8C.
The original was run at LeMans in 1999, Audis first attempt at that race, where they ran two of these coupes and two open spyders to evaluate which was the better concept. As most will know by now they opted for the spyders. I was a bit sad about that as I usually prefer closed cars but the run of race wins in the following years showed that Audi may have had a point there :-)

The model is a modified Provence Moulage kit in 1:43. You can find the WIP thread here:

But..the rear light in this colour? I think that used clear? no?

why o why is the spider version of the r8 choosen above this.. who cares it was faster, this one is much beautifuller and you did a great job with it.
