93 sil, no heat

ok
the skinny:

i did a motor swap on this van a year or so ago, with the help of some folks on here, it went ok.

everything functions as it should, van does not over heat, and runs at a good temp.

since its been winter, there has been zero heat.
it has electronic controls for the heater, unlike my vw which is controlled by a valve when you turn the heat higher.

what could some problems be?

ive replaced the water pump, and the thermostat.
the fuse tests good.

is there a relay somewhere? is there something im over looking?
on a vw, its not like this, and im a vw tech, not a olds tech.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
