Question WTK:Replacement lug nuts for '99 Durango?

My wife's got a 1999 2wd Durango, and every time I rotate the tires the lug nuts and their cute little covers tick me off! Out of the 24 nut covers on the truck, we've already lost about 8. Has anyone found a decent one piece replacement lug nut that they can recommend? Thanks in advance for the help! Ridley

Re: WTK:Replacement lug nuts for '99 Durango?

??
Not sure I follow when you say 'covers'.....my '99 came new with one piece chromed lug nuts with an integral cover.

Anyway, I've bought adequate replacements at my local NAPA-type parts store (it's not NAPA but it's one of the national brand places....probably available anywhere similar).

Good luck.

The factory lugnuts are chrome cap ones and are a 1/2 fine thread, not metric. If one of the chrome caps come off, take off with a 6 point 18mm socket. Most auto parts stores sell the lugnuts and are not the chrome cap ones, one piece steel
