where I liv, an Ociffer in or out of uniform isnt allowed in bars/pubs/taverns.
The only exception would be a fight in the bar, or some other accident, accidents do happen in bars

it depends on where your at i live in el paso,tx and i come drunk from juarez,mexico all the time and ive never got arrested and the cops know im only 20.

Just saw a thing on the news last night. The have arrested over 2000 people for being drunk in a bar so far. The way that they arrest them is they have a UC cop going around and the second someone starts showing signs of being drunk they pull them outside and give them a breathalizer test. If they blow higher than .08 they go to jail. The lady that Texas had on there to handle there reps was justifing this by sawing they are actually retaliating against the servers for serving them when already intoxicated.?
Some crazy shit she also kept dodging the question of why not wait to see if they try to drive.

Um...taking cough medicne can put you above .08. Being in an enviroment with lots of alcohol, including bars, can put you above .08. Anyone who drinks anything...this is just plain stupid.
