It's kind of lame for today's performance car, but both the WRX and WRX STi has the same wheel diameter of 17 inch. It's just that the STi has wider wheel/tires: 235/45R17 (on 17x8JJ) while the WRX has 215/45R17 (on 17x7JJ).
(NOTE: The US spec STi has 225/45R17 on 17x8)
The kit's wheel size looks accurate to me. (accurately too small, that is)

FYI, the S204 has 18x8.5 BBS.
