I'm an insurance agent. This is some of the cars I've seen on their policies

I talked to a lady who's husband was some corporate lawyer and hat a 2003 Porsche 911 GT2

Talked to a guy that had a 1994 Toyota Supra

Talked to a guy who had a MINT 1996 Toyota Supra

Talked to a few people that have had Stealths/3000GT's

Talked to a lady who was an owner of a real estate agency and had a hummer and a Benz 350 CLK or something like that. She said it was a special edition (I looked it up and it was $40,000) and she bought it for her 15 year old son and the car would sit in the garage for 6 months until he got his license.

Didn't talk to the guy, but he had 10 vehicles on his policy. There was like 3-4 M Benz on the policy (one of them was an $80k vehicle), a Ferrari, a lambo, 2 bently's, and he JUST put on an Aero 8 on the policy. He also had a Ford SVT Lightning on the policy, hehe.

Talkeds to quite a few people that have had 60's mustangs, 57 chevy, 55 chevy, and some others I can't think off the top of my head.

isn't that a brech of privacy? I'd watch it there.

I thought the insurance agents are not allowed to tell the public about their customers' privacy...

I don't think he's hurting anyone by say what cars they have. If it was how much they paid on insurance, or (really stupid) if he said their names and where they lived!

Re: I'm an insurance agent. This is some of the cars I've seen on their policies

1) i never mentioned their names
2) mentioning the vehicles they have has absolute no bearing on their "privacy"

Regardless, whether it is legal or not, getting in the specifics such as the lady with the fifteen year old son seems a bit unethical. I don't see a problem just listing cars that you've seen people own as long as the client's identity is unknown and not deducible from the given information.

How could you possibly know who he is talking about? Unlike a doctor, you would have a much harder time figuring out who his clients names are and then you would have become CSI guy for a couple of days to figure out who that was even if you had all of his files.

I m not much amazed by the Supras or 3000GTs coz they r quite regular Jap Boost cars. But what I am really amazed of is the lady who bought the Merc for the 15 yo kid. Like far out, isnt he way too young (only abt as old as me)? He might mishandle such a good car (well, I should really say bad coz u cant do much with it) at an early age and I rekon he d look pretty odd on the streets.

A little off topic. Mormons came by my house today. They saw my 944, my moms lexus and my girlfriends 355 in the driveway. They just kept going.
