will this help and what next?
hey i recently bought an integra and i have put an aspec muffler on it off ebay for 40 bucks, and plan on an aem intake in the next week or 2. do u think these two thing will improve my performance and what else do u suggest i add to the car? feel free to leave a affordable website to find these parts on. thanks alot[/font].

you gotta add alot more then that to run 15 flat or high 14s....might as well do a swap
