So:
1. That explosive passed security. 2. How hard would've been to write down the luggage tag to know where the luggage was going? 3. These people are in charge of airport security. And can anyone imagine how in how much trouble that poor sap can get into, traveling along with plastic explosive. Who knows where he was going or how many transfers he had to make.

OH thats what it was, I thought it was just a big wad of gum........
 tons of explosives are lost every year, youd be suprized just how little precaution is actually taken when storing ant transporting them. THe real suprize is that the police addmited they lost them
