I cut big hole in BMW roof !
Today I started preparing Alpina body for priming. As usually I cut along door lines to make 'em deeper and then the same for sunroof. The groove became deeper and deeper and finally I've got sunroof totally removed! Now body has a hole over front seats. I think to make a hinge later so sunroof could be opened and closed like in real car. No idea how to do this but it would be great addition to standard model

I would pose the sunroof in the open posistion, but making a hinge will be more work than it's worth, trust me!
Should look good though! Did the Alpina 6 series roof tilt and slide? |
