Maybe its cause of where I live, but even normal ppl would ask a girl to go bowling. If I had the balls to ask a chick out,[which i dont] id ask her out for some bowling.

Edit: the term "cool" really bugs me, cause who gives a fuck if you are "cool"? I have low self-esteem, but I dont need others telling my how im the shit, if im the shit, then I will know that, i dont need others tellin me.

being "cool" isnt a solid thing. there is no way you can be 100% cool, cause everyones definition of cool is different. At least if you are gay, then your gay, its absolute, but if your "cool" you may be cool to one person, and not another.

"coolness" is definitly overrated.

Going bowling is a far more normal thing to do.

Simple lesson, (that some less mature members have yet to learn) if the girl like's you it dosnt really matter where you take her, as longs as its somewhere safe till she gets to know you, and somewhere you can both have fun and enjoy yourselfs.
Tahiti is a nice dream, but a good way to laughed at, The Bowling ally donst sound as flash, but stands a much higher chance of being the perfect date. i.e. it's somewhere you get to know the other person, and you both decide that you want to see each other again.

Alright My ideal date is to basically Pick up whom ever the date is and go out to a really nice restaurant have a nice quiet dinner together to get to know each other and etc. After the restaurant go out to somewhere we can both have fun and talk ....like putt putt golf Something relaxing and fun . After that I would probably go somewhere ....where we could see the stars and just talk and talk and see where things went from there .

Now my perfect date, (since I feel I should actualy contribute something to this thread) is going any where we are both going to enjoy our selfs, and have an opertunity to talk and get to actualy know each other.
It dosnt bother me if its a nice resturant, a bowling ally, the beach, the top of the Sky Tower (that is a really cool spot), or meeting at a party then going for a tour of Aucklands volcanos.

We meet at the gate, and she suggested we just go for a walk, so off we went, through a few gates, I had to help her over some fences, out into the paddocks. We stoped at a cliff top and she had a bit to eat, started acting all demure, then turned around and just walked up to the edge .......... ahh now I cant tell you the rest.
