Tibs are slow from my experience, but that doesn't say a lot.

my lude runs 14.9's

i've test drove a few tibs, they are quick, but not as fast as a 5th gen lude. i am positive

lude vs tib

well, a neigbor has a 95 lude and got beat by a 96 tib, but my 04 corolla also beat the lude so i dont what that says about the lude, also the tib was about half the price.

i've seen a tiburon take out a prelude before but that same prelude beat that same tiburon the 2nd time around. this is a driver's race. but the prelude handles better.

Re: 1999Honda Prelude vs 2003Hyundai Tiburon

this is one of those races that are too close to say who is going to win. it all depends on what kind of drive, how good of a launch, how flawless the shifts are, and all that good stuff.

Re: 1999Honda Prelude vs 2003Hyundai Tiburon

Well I got my answer in ontario a few days ago. My girl has an 03 Tib and she beat a prelude SH by like 1/2 to 1 cars and she also beat a 93 prelude with a K20 in it...... I don't know how, but she did. Maybe e was lying about the k20. But she's stock. Also she beat a spec v, he pulled until 3rd but then it was over. She must be a good driver... or they just all suck. But she ain't got nothing on my stock gsx
