K24 vtec

ok, i posted this another place also, but decided to post it here too, anyways, here goes-

OK, I am going to eventually build a crvtec for my hatch, but just went to the crv forum for the fun of it and saw that the new crv has a k24, and I know the RSX Type S has a K20 but has way more power.

can you put a RSX-S head on a new CRV block and have tons of power like with the b series.

2003 CRV 160HP @ 6000rpm 162ft/lbs @ 3600rpm
2003 RSX type S 200HP @ 7400rpm 142ft/lbs @ 6000rpm

both are DOHC, seems possible. that would make my 2100lb hatch scream.

the k series engines spin the opposite way so that might cause problems, but the RSX head does fit on the K24 thats the setup the Top Fuel DC5 uses
