Haman Ferrari California
Hello AF! I am just happy to have finished this kit which turned out to be a very fun build. I must thank F1Tommy for being considerate at last month's show being that my car got there late, and with a knocked off side mirror.
I thought I put up some pics now since I got my camera back. The car is Tamiya metallic black. Some shots were taken on an overcast day, and some today since its sunny out. The WIP is found here http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul....php?t=1059547 Enjoy! This is what the car looks like on cloudy day: ![]() As opposed to sunny so you get an idea: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I just realized I took a lot of shots from the same side That was due to me the fact that I was trying to get the best light off the sun ![]() Thanks for looking!!!

Re: Haman Ferrari California
Not much to say - it looks stunning. The colours, the build and the finish, the details, everything

Not a big fan of the color scheme, but it is absolutely nicely made with much attention to details.

Ditto, nice work, just not a fan of the yellow headlamps.

Re: Haman Ferrari California
Very nice build.
Some nice detailing went into the engine bay. Looks suitably busy. Great job. I like the close-up of the wheel. Looks almost real. Great work on the brakes. The interior though doesn't do it for me. The red looks a bit toy-like to me. Almost as if these parts weren't painted (which I can hardly imagine when looking at the rest of the build). That being said, it still is a very beautiful build. No argument there. |
