I have a 1996 Thunderbird LX.I was wondering what that little LED light that says FIRM RIDE mean.Ive never seen it turn on,its just,there.If anybody can tell me what its there for,I would really like to know.

SC's had a switch located in the center console that could turn on and off 'firm ride' mode. what firm ride is, is electronically controlled shock absorbers that would adjust the firmness of the ride, giving a nice tight suspension for hard acceleration and soft for cruising along
