Aztek as bicycle race support vehicle
My 2001 Aztek will be a support vehicle for a two man team in this weekends Furnace Creek 508 (www.the508.com) ultra endurance bicycle race. Team Diamond back has two riders who will trade off riding the 508 miles through Death Valley and much more in less than 36 hours. The STARTING LOCATION: Hilton Garden Inn 27710 The Old Road, Santa Clarita, CA 91355. Time for start is 7:00AM. Two man team to start at 10:00. Teams take less time to complete the course than solo riders. If Pontiac is reading this maybe they would like to take a look for promotion purposes.

No Aztek in 508
I learned last evening that one of our drivers cancelled. Since we are short a driver we have to go with only one vehicle instead of two to support the riders. The Aztek will not be in the event.
