1993 Volvo 940 questions?
Hello i am new to the volvo threads...
I just bought a 1993 Volvo 940, from a local volvo repair shop.. I am just wondering if there is anything i need to know about this model.. Like what do i need to do to keep everything working properly. Also is there anything that is a common problem that i can keep an eye out for to hopefully catch early. Also the car had overheated which is why it was at the shop the lady that owned it bought a new volvo. It is getting a different engine and tranny with about 140,000 ish miles on it. The only thing it doesnt have is a turbo, which is a bummer but i guess it is just one less thing to worry about. Also is it an interuption engine i think that is what its called? If the timing belt breaks will the valves get broken and such. |

If you break a belt you will bend valves.
