1957 El Camino The truck that never was...we have one
This is a custom truck that should have been built by GM and luckily it was by a big 57 Chevy fan and fabricator http://www.mystarcollectorcar.com/3-...e-have-it.html

Interesting car. Ford definitely "treed" GM on that one!
For "giggles", are you aware of the '65 GTO-type that were made on the Elky chassis? A florist in L.A. had 15 of them "custom built". They had all the GTO "trimmings" including the 389 TriPower. Kinda cool, too. I saw a couple of them in shows. Saw one on a used car lot in San bernardino, circa 1970. Jim |
