Hi, I NEED YOUR HELP AGAIN!!! PLEASE ASAP!

I have 1997 Grand Prix with a 3800 engine I was getting coolant in the intake manifold. I changed the elbow at the intake to the belt tensioner because it was leaking, also at the same time I changed the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets. Also did a compression check, changed the head gasket used the revised torque 132. I also used Fel Pro gasket set, changed the oil and oil filter. I think I've done everything I can except change the whole engine! LOL! So anyway I started the car after all the work was done and COOLANT POOLED IN THE LOWER INTAKE AGAIN!!! same thing it was doing before! Question? If it is a cracked block? then why is the coolant on top of the lower intake manifold?
Has anyone else had this type of problem? PLEASE do you have any advise on whats causing this problem???
THANKS....

What torque spec did you use for the lower intake manifold?

Do you happen to have a diagram or something that shows how the water goes through the engine ( like the inlet and outlet) Thanks...

Re: Hi, I NEED YOUR HELP AGAIN!!! PLEASE ASAP!

did you replace the plastic upper intake manifold? 96-early 99 3800 have a known issue where the EGR pipe melts the upper plenum, warping it and causing the leak you describe. There are replacement UIM's available that address this issue by including a smaller OD egr stovepipe and reinforcement around the failure area. Dorman part #615-180, it includes all the parts to do the job including fuel injector o-rings.

I had the same problem. Same car. You need to replace that plastic intake Plenum, as mentioned by "richtazz". It has coolant flowing through it and the plastic melts, which mixes the coolant into this intake. The part from Rock Auto is called an intake manifold:
