I personally use
www.tinypic.com . There I upload the pics from my computer and then copy the code they give you for "forums and message boards', make sure it's formatted correctly,(i.e.tagged with [IMG] then the pic's link followed by [/IMG] . There are other free photo hosting sites out there that you can use, and I wonder if tinypic and Photobucket are owned by the same company as one day I went to tinypic to upload a photo and got the message that the site was down for maintenance. I then went to Photobucket and received the same message.The messages even looked the same.
