I couldnt find a Lexus RX350 link, so excuse me if I'm in the wrong area, but this is probably a generic question. I have a 2009 Lexus RX350 and noticed a bracket mounted below the bumper near the exhaust. It's mounted to the frame by a couple bolts. I assume it was for shipping tie down or for towing (chain hookup to pull onto flat bed), but not sure. Is that all it is for - so any issue removing it?
