hi
i just got the blackwidow 7150 alarm set... i have a 5spd but i wanted to some how have the remote start hooked up and working, i know there are ways to have it done. a friend of mine had a integra that he had it hooked up too but not sure what he did to it and it was a while ago. does anyone have any idea more or less how you can have the remote start working with a stick shift? and about how much it would cost to have it setup and runnin.

ThankS

just hook up the remote start like you normally would on a automatic. then you need to find a wire on the alarm that gives out a -12volt pulse when you remote start it. then you take that wire and hook it up to the clutch bypass wire which is located at the top of the clutch pedal. it looks like a brake switch. there are two wires and the wire that you need it the one that grounds out when you fully depress the clutch pedal. the way to find out which wire it is, is to get a test light with an aligator clip at the end and just check each wire by pressing the clip into each wire then groung the test light to some metal on the car. when you test the first wire and you have the test light grounded put the car in neutral and try to start the car without pressing the clutch, if it doesn't do the same on the next wire and the car should start up without having to press the clutch. once you find that wire just hook up the wire that gives off a -12volt pulse and its all set.
