2001 2.7 Sebring 177k Money Sucker

My sister has an 01 Sebring and when it starts theres a tick coming from the back left part of the engine. When you give it gas the tick gets louder as the RPMs go up. Sounds likes its gona blow lol. Has anyone experienced this and fixed it? I was watching on youtube theres some videos of the 2.7 and 2.5 making same noise hers is making.
