About a month ago my car got jumped backwards and blew a circuit... I took it into the shop and they replaced the circuit and I drove it home. I let it sit for about a week then I go back to start it up and the battery is completely dead. I take the battery to get charged and tested and it was fine. I go and put the battery back in the car to start it up, but it wont start. The dome lights turn on but the other electrical stuff does not.

You said you took it to a shop. I would call them ASAP and tell them they didnt fix it completely.
