cavalier Engine Value

Hey guys, I need to know how much a 2.2L LS engine that has not been fixed or anything like that is worth.Only the engine.

The engine is from my car..cavalier and it has 69k orginal miles with new valve gasket,new serp belt and had oil changes when it needed.It was never abused and I was the only owner.Please let me know.

Around here (Iowa), you'd be lucky to get $500 for it in good condition.

Did you put something bigger in yours?

yeah, 2.2 cavies are a dime a dozen here in ohio so $300 is really pushing it here

i got a 2.2 with 35 k on it for 100 here in new york.

i couldnt imagine anyone paying more then $4-500 for an almost 13 year old weak ass engine
