96 Park Avenue Front Bumper

I need to replace my damaged front bumper on my 96 Park Avenue with an undamaged one from junk yard. Can anyone give good instructions on removing these bumpers. There seems to be a lot of coverings around the mounts hiding any visible way to determine a way to get it off. Thanks for any help.
