On a car that new I would say your pads are worn out and one side is most likely down to to bare metal. When rotors warp they will shake your foot and this can be fixed by turning them when pads are installed. however if you are driving them on badly worn pads you will cut into the metal so far you may have to replace the rotors as they can only be turned so much(made smooth by cuttting away metal). Sticky calipers can cause this too but your car is not that old for caliper problems unless it has high mileage. either way, get it to a shop asap.
