Has anybody done the swap from carb to efi, I see a guy on craigslist that sells the wire harness, ecu,and intake manis for the swap. But is there any info out there on the how to.

There's plenty of info on the net if you look.
You'll also need the distributor, the 22R's is vacuum advance while the EFI's isn't, and you'll need an electric fuel pump.
