99 Kia sephia turns over, wont start

I have a 99 Kia Sephia that will not start. The car will try to turn over and the there is spark, but the fuel pump won't turn on. I have since replaced the fuel pump and the ignition switch, still the same thing. I also checked the fuel pump relay and it is fine. My only other thought is to replace all of the wiring from the relay back to the fuel pump. Is there anything that I can do that before I do something so drastic???
