I have a 95 eclipse GSX with the 4g63t engine from a 91
i have a fidanza 9lb flywheel and an exedy stage 1 clutch but it is for FWD
I looked at specifications on the FWD and AWD exedy clutches and only found a difference in the torque capacity: FWD: 245 lbs/ft and AWD: 230 lbs/ft both specify a disc size of 225mm and teeth/diam 20T/ 22.4

Will this work with my AWD, if so what problems/damage may it cause?

This is my first car to rebuild :D

there shouldn't be any diffrence between clutches but there is a difference between flywheels.

also I had an exedy clutch and it went really fast but I drove the crap out of it.

Actually there are differences in clutches in FWD and AWD. I know for a fact that the stock clutchs have two different part numbers from the factory. The AWD versions seem to be a little more heavy duty. In all reality it really shouldn't really make a difference especially if your getting an aftermarket one like the Exedy.
