Play in headlight motors with Video

I noticed going down the road when the headlights are in the up position that the lights themselves are moving up and down, or bouncing up and down depending on how you look at it. I removed the bezel around the headlights and check for loose parts. everything looks good except for where the motor arm attatches to the motor. when you press up on the headlight the entire assembly moves down by the motor itself. below is a link to a video showing the play in the headlights.
