i have a 2001 isuzu trooper and my check engine light keeps flashing, at low idle my trooper will stall, its starts back up no problem and runs fine, but i was told to clean the egr or replace it and also check the idle controller for any carbon build up. where and how do i do that, or is there something else i should check. thank you

i replaced my egr and my map and maf and get the same kind of symptoms.

Since the parts were replaced i get much more power out of the engine its got guts now but it still stalls and the throttle feels like it stutters and dies when i first start up
