My daughter has a 98 Prism the daylight lights work. But the head lights turn on when the car is started with the dash lights off , then after about 15 seconds the dash lights come on and the headlights go off , and they cannot be turned on with the switch. The switch turns on the marker lights and the taillights but no headlights:banghead: all the fuses are good and the headlight relay is working . HELP
