Location Unknown

Does anyone know where the daytime runnig light module is on a 1995 ford explorer eddie bauer edition. The dealer says its under the steering wheel but cant find it. I got a new module for the dealer and it have a water proof houseing on it and it makes me wonder if its outside somewere. Please help me find it.

Im not positive about your year but check under/around the bumper by the fog lights/head lights. im pretty sure its not inside the cab.

Likewise, I'm not sure about the 1995. On the 1998 Explorer, the module is located near the driver's side front headlight. That's the same location as on the Ford Taurus as well, so that seems like a pretty common location for Ford to put them.
