7mge 5 speed transmission

ok well i own a 88 supra and it has a spun bearing so i don't feel like dealing with all the machine shop work... so i was leaning towards a 1jz or a 2jz swap..... but my question is, will the tranny from the 7mge work with either the 1jz??
