Please help...I don't know how to set my clock...

I am not sure this is the right place for my question, but I really need some help. I bought a 2005 Pontiac Sunfire and need help in setting the clock to the right time. No manual came with the car, and its stuck an hour earlier than it should be. Please help - its driving me crazy.
