A/C starts and stops (Please Help)

My A/C cools fine, but very few mins or so air stops blowing out of the vents for about 10 - 50 seconds. I can still hear the fan blowing hard but there is no air coming out. After the brief pause it starts blowing air again. Any clue what could be causing this?

Vacuum leak some where.
