Any help would be apprieciated shorod 08-02-2007, 07:09 PM Welcome to the forum! Do you happen to know the exact code that you are getting? It will be in the form of P0123. -Rod Tugger 08-15-2007, 06:25 PM I know when I had a code come up that said EGR flow insufficient...it was the DPFE sensor also known as the EGR pressure sensor...not sure if it goes bad both ways? Curious as well.....TOM marquis00 08-15-2007, 07:02 PM i had the same problem with mine 01 4.0L sohc explorer and i replaced the egr valve, egr solenoid. but it ended up being the DPFE sensor and that solved the problem and shut off the check engine light. carlos80 08-16-2007, 08:10 PM Get exact code number. DPFEGR sensor is notorious for going bad but without code can't really pinpoint problem. Any performance problems? terry442 08-20-2007, 12:07 PM my bad for not following up go to TCC??? that i posted.:screwy: vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
