you need a tech 2 to program the remotes. your local caddy dealer will have one

You can purchase key fobs at the dealer. Lots of times you can go to the used lot of the dealer and ask them if they have any key fobs from where you bought the car. They normally have some that they don't know what car they went to and such.

Also Autozone is selling replacement key fobs now. X
