Body Control Module (BCM) HELP PLEASE

I have changed the BCM on my 1999 Olds Intrigue with a used one that has the same number (09359651). This fixed my lock problem I was having but now the car will not start :banghead: - everything else seems to work. Is there a way to re-program the BCM to get the passkey system to work?
