intrigue vacuum lines. Need boot

I have a 98 that has a vacuum leak. It is on one of the rubber boots that hooks to the end of the line. I am needing to know what to call this when I go to the parts store to get a new one.

It is under the plastic cover on top of the motor. It has two smaller lines that run together into one side of the boot. The other side of the boot slides over about a 1/2" dia. nipple in the side of the air intake. When unplugged the car runs real rough and you can hear a very distinct vacuum leak. I can get a picture if it would help.
