I have a check engine light on and I think I have found the right wire to short out to get the code, but when I short it out, the light just stays solid when I turn the key.
If anyone would have a detailed guide as to how to do this on this model that would be great. I've searched a long time online and can't find a pictured guide. I have the Haynes book but it only tells how for a CRV...

Hmmm, not sure you can do that with an OBD2 system, you're better off going to Autozone and ask them to scan your car, they usually do it for free, and there's no risk you'll short out something expensive. GL
