Has any one replaced one in a 2003 zx2 ??? how much work involved ??? Probaly have to drop the tank ??? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I believe you get to it from under the back seat.
Before you spend the cash on a new pump, run a test wire to the fuel pump and make sure its really them problem. If a jumper wire activates the pump than its not the prob. Mine did that same thing and it ended up being the computer. Good luck let us know your findings.

The problem i had was the CONSTANT CONTROL MODULE its located under the air cleaner it runs the fuel pump and pretty much is the brain it runs several things so if you think its the fuel pump check for spark if no spark replace the module ! it runs about 200 bucks list.

I was afraid of something like that. I take it you replaced it and your back on the road?
