Wiring problems

Hey guys maybe this should be in another section , but i think it belongs here. i just bought an 87 supra, turbo. it has a Greddy profec b spec 2 electronic boost controller on it, a boost guage and a sony cd player installed in the dash. for some reason even when i turn the boost down all the way it tries to go beyond 10 pounds and i expeirience fuel cuts, or stuttering. i am not trying to go beyond stock but i cant seem to stop it, and i also have no brake lights. my night time running lights come on when i turn my lights on but no brake lights when i press them. could it be the wiring in the stereo? if so which wire is it?

Pull the boost controller out of the loop and hook the waste gate back up stock.

ok when i turn the boost controller off it only goes up to about 6 pounds.

what web site can i find a factory service manual or guide to hooking up the wastegate to the stock set up.

Anyone know what problem im having with my tail lights?
