what is the problem here? is it not engough bleeding to the system? if it is, so what is the probper way for the bleeding?

You either still have air in the system or your fan is just running , with no problems. How long does it ru after you shut it off. Also check and see if you have the ac on. You might be looking at the wrong fan..

well, I know it is not AC on or off. I think it is bleeding problem. when I remove the thermostat, everything works fine. so, my lack of knowledge here is how to bleed the system properly, because I spent a lot of time without any chance the fan to stop.
(There is a tag of the radiator says "when filling coolant after draining, open 'bleeder plug' and follow the proper procedure by reading the manual), I don't have the manual. I did open the bleeder plug. still same problem.

What you could do is go to pepboys or a parts store. You could pick up a coolant fill kit. Its a big yellow funnel that has a couple of radiator caps with o rings that lets you bleed through the radiator cap.. Look it up.. Its hard to miss..
