Car is finally fixed!

I finally got my car back today and I'm so glad to be driving it once again. To make a long story short, I had a "run-in" with a new corvette about 3 weeks ago. I had to take it to the body shop to fix my hood, front bumper, radiator mounts, hood latch, etc. Well, the insurance company gave me $1700. I immediately order a Fiber Images CF hood from the west coast. 2 weeks later it isn't here yet b/c UPS won't touch it b/c of the size and the 18 wheeler is still in California. The guy cancels the order and finds a vendor on the East Coast. He gets me a VIS hood for the same price, Fed Ex won't take it either, and a week later it is here. I got it in on Sept. 12, and got my car back today. It has been a long 3 weeks.

Not yet, it's been raining recently. Waiting til the sun comes out!

I'll try and get some up before this weekend....then I'm off to the NOPI Nationals in Atlanta.
